Short Term Disability Plan

The MCC offers a Short Term Disability (STD) Plan for the employees of all participating units throughout the Ecclesiastical Province of Detroit. This plan is designed to assist an employee who is disabled from work for a period of 26 weeks or less and whose disability is not work related.

Unit participation in this program is optional at the discretion of the pastor, principal, administrator or governing authority. Premiums for this program must be paid by the employer. No individual employee payment is permitted.

Forms

To apply for short term disability benefits, all of the following forms must be completed and returned to the Michigan Catholic Conference Benefits Department. You may choose to:
